Buyer II

This role supports procurement operations for a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to manage purchasing activities, vendor communication, and contract compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement / purchasing activities for materials, equipment, and services Prepare and process RFQ, RFP, and RFI documents Coordinate with suppliers and handle vendor management and follow-ups Perform cost analysis, price evaluation, and contract negotiation Monitor contract performance, delivery schedules, and compliance Qualifications Experience in procurement, purchasing, or buyer role Background in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or regulated industry preferred Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, or federal procurement regulations preferred Strong experience with vendor management and supplier communication Proficiency with ERP / MRP / procurement software Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
