Overview
Speech Language Pathologist – Acute Care (Travel) in Tillamook, Oregon. Start date 08/17/2026 for a 13‑week assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,014 to $2,080. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift pattern: 3x12-hour days. Work setting: a critical access hospital–level acute care environment. This travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology evaluation and treatment for patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Assess and document data on patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes; adjust care plans as needed
- Review treatment plans and modify programs based on patient performance and progress
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and communicate with families
- Instruct patients and families on monitoring and practicing skills for ongoing progress
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with laws, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements
- Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or foreign equivalent
- Licenses/Certifications: Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of practice; CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
- Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field
- Licenses/Permits: Valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age
- Additional: Current nursing license per the state of assignment (as noted in job requirements); ability to work in an acute care setting
