Senior Manager - Head of GTM- Go to Marketing for North America - This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate can translate strategy into execution, build scalable processes, and bring structure and accountability to a fast moving growth environment. What You'll Do Lead execution of the North American GTM strategy and quarterly growth initiatives Partner with sales to strengthen enablement, account-based marketing, and pipeline development Own marketing operations, CRM, automation, reporting, and data quality Manage integrated campaigns, events, digital content, and the GTM roadmap Build dashboards and track KPIs across lead generation, conversion, pipeline, and ROI Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex technology into compelling customer messaging What We're Looking For 7 to 10+ years in B2B marketing, GTM operations, revenue operations, or commercial execution Experience in deep tech, enterprise technology, quantum, semiconductors, scientific instrumentation, hardware, or complex SaaS Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation, with Apollo, Airtable, and Webflow experience preferred Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and lead management Experience in a high growth startup or scale up environment Highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands on execution Why Join This is an opportunity to help shape the North American commercial engine of an international company operating at the forefront of emerging technology, with significant visibility and the ability to make an immediate impact.
