Lia Toyota Rockland is seeking an experienced Service Advisor(s) to join our team. COMPENSATION RANGE: $65K-$175K based on knowledge and production

Requirements Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Basic Computer skills Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Excellent oral and written communication skills Must have a clean and valid driver's license Key Responsibilities Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience. Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers. Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
