Overview As a Swim Instructor at Florida Swim School - Rogers Circle, you will lead swimming programs and offer tailored individual and group lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a deep love for swimming, excellent communication abilities, and the genuine talent to inspire young swimmers while promoting a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed Requirements Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in an educational or instructional setting Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques Strong background in water safety and survival skills CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult) Excellent communication, organizational, time management and creative teaching skills Strong behavior management skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Experience in childcare or sports coaching is beneficial, as it demonstrates an understanding of working with children in a structured environment A love and passion for swimming and children #J-18808-Ljbffr Uloop Inc.
