We have an exciting opportunity at Skyline, a Transforming Age community.Our Lead Concierge:Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the publicSupplement Concierge Role: Provide support and training to the Concierge, stepping in as needed to maintain service levelsConcierge Scheduling: Assist in managing the Concierge team's schedule.Safety and Security: Address safety and security concerns promptly, including monitoring emergency and security systems during daytime hoursProvides exceptional customer service to our teamPerforms general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.What you need to succeed:A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experienceAt least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe ReaderCurrent first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skillsCompletion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
