Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in our early intervention programs.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring tailored strategies that meet each child’s unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions provided, adapting strategies based on ongoing outcomes and family input.
\n
• Establish and nurture rapport with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices in support of child development and family engagement.
\n
• Provide families with guidance, resources, and skills to enhance their child’s developmental progress.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing social work practice and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services primarily target young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, from birth through the age of three. The LCSW will work closely with parents and caregivers, helping them navigate the complexities of early childhood development and promoting positive outcomes in various domains—physical, cognitive, emotional, and communicative.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Connecticut Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required for field-related activities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
