Job Title: Permanent Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

• Provide comprehensive care in a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU and other NICU locations.
• Engage in education and quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
• Participate in family-centered care and support programs for NICU families.
• Utilize advanced technology for patient care, including the Angel Eye monitoring system.
• Take part in a tailored new grad program designed to ease the transition from student to professional NNP.
• Manage a proactive approach to neonatal care with an emphasis on mentorship and professional growth.

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of a Master s Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in a NICU setting is preferred but new grads are welcome.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills.

• Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) is required.
• Active Missouri Nursing License (or willingness to obtain).
• Must obtain DEA registration prior to starting.
• CSR/CDS certification must be obtained prior to starting.
