Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will support physical therapists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehab care to diverse patient populations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include assisting with treatment plan implementation, leading therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, monitoring patient progress, and accurately documenting care. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, maintain safety and infection control standards, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding patient-centered environment with strong career growth potential.
