Position Full‑Time Retail Stock Associate (Lakewood, WA) Key Responsibilities Deliver quality customer service, including assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and product information. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of store products and pricing. Operate the sales machine and cash register accurately, returning appropriate change. Keep the store neat and organized, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning. Prepare and maintain attractive product displays on the sales floor. Report any theft or suspicious activity to management immediately. Assist with stock levels and inventory management. Remove sold product from the sales floor and prepare it for customer pickup and delivery. Pull product for delivery or pick‑up and move items to staging areas for loading. Assemble or disassemble furniture as directed by store management. Use proper material handling procedures to prevent injury or product damage. Maintain restrooms and interior/exterior common areas as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. English required; Spanish language skills preferred (verbal and written). Experience preferred but not mandatory; training available. Good oral, written, and reading communication skills. Customer service oriented and excels in customer relations. Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational skills. Available to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. Stand and walk for extended periods. Perform simple tasks, rational thinking, and numerical calculations. Rearrange furniture and merchandise on the sales floor. Benefits Competitive pay.
