This position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants from the vegetative state to harvest. As a Cannabis Cultivation Tech, your daily duties will include: Pruning cannabis plants to optimize growth. Performing plant care, including tucking and manipulation of plants. Sanitizing and cleaning the grow facility to maintain strict health standards. Applying nutrients and other crucial agricultural inputs. Setting up new grow rooms for upcoming cycles. Harvesting cannabis plants as needed. All employees are expected to adhere to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline, and should prioritize a team-player attitude in supporting various departments and projects as requested by leadership. Qualifications & Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis industry compliance). Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail. Ability to work morning shifts and weekends. Physical, mental, and other requirement details are available at your request and will be presented before an offer of employment. Education & experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience. Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift. Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
