About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization's mission to empower young people as active citizens. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to scale the impact of community-based civic education, research, and coalition building. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in project management, particularly in a multi-site or matrixed nonprofit environment. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for fostering a culture of belonging, transparency, and excellence, and will oversee internal communication, leadership development, and the execution of annual goals.
