Commercial Roofing Position
Position at Tecta Seattle Tecta America Seattle, a commercial roofing contractor, provides a full range of roofing services, including commercial and industrial roofing, re-roofs, leak repairs, preventative maintenance, inspections, and 24/7 service. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of customer service, safety, integrity, and professionalism. We are looking for experienced commercial roofers in Seattle, WA! Pay starting at $ 35+ /hr. BOE Se habla Español! Commercial Roofing Summary: Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
Commercial Roofing Requirements:
- 5-10 years of commercial roofing experience
- Install, repair and do Maintenance on roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles).
- Perform detailed work
- Received verbal instructions
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
