Physician Recruiter

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager Own the front end of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for active openings and future hiring needs Execute strategic sourcing through internet research, cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, diversity recruiting, and market mapping Achieve productivity and performance metrics while maintaining candidate quality and experience Lead sourcing efforts for multiple concurrent requisitions and develop talent attraction strategies Provide recruitment progress updates, market insights, and candidate activity to Recruitment Leadership Maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Support special projects and process improvement initiatives Partner with Clinical & Quality Operations teams on candidate submission updates and hiring and onboarding processes Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring professionals to support future staffing needs Requirements Associate's Degree with 0-2 years of professional experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 2-4 years of professional experience Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related customer-facing environment preferred Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, hiring leaders, and key stakeholders Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Experience in a goal-oriented, sales-driven, or performance-based environment preferred Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing platforms preferred Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Adaptability to changing business demands and hiring priorities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing within the healthcare staffing and recruiting domain, while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
