About This Role

Are you a great communicator and love talking with people? Join our fun team and put smiles on customers faces getting them excited about cycling. We will train you and give you a proven process that guarantees success while selling bikes.

What You'll Do

Giving great customer service in person as well as on the phone. Applicated will also be responsible for restocking inventory, processing orders and keeping showroom clean and organized. Mechanically inclined person is ideal as this position can sometimes require minor bike repairs, bike assemble and installation of accessories.

Nice To Haves

Previous bicycle shop experience is nice to have but not required. We have a unique sales process and like to have all team members selling bikes the same way so we will train you.
