Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Agent with Eric Bielinski State Farm, you will be the driving force behind our agency's growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options that meet their specific requirements.
2. Actively seeking out new leads and business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
3. Providing exceptional service to our existing clients by addressing their inquiries, conducting policy reviews, and offering additional coverage as needed.
4. Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to State Farm's diverse range of insurance and financial products.
5. Working closely with our dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and explain insurance concepts clearly.
• A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is eager to exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
