What You’ll Do Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations. Attract, recruit, and develop top talent; serve as a mentor and role model. Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes; provide input on succession planning. Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs. About You Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as Assistant or Store Manager. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team. Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide feedback. Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health & safety, and loss prevention.
