About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Quality, a pivotal leadership role dedicated to enhancing patient safety, quality outcomes, and regulatory excellence. The successful candidate will be a clinical quality leader with a passion for improving the care experience and will be responsible for strategic clinical leadership in the areas of quality, performance improvement, analytics, clinical risk, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. This role demands a hands-on leader and clinical quality expert who can champion continuous improvement, develop and implement strategies for cost-effective, efficient care delivery, and ensure the integration of best practices to support clinical and operational excellence. Candidates for the Executive Director Quality position at the company should have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 7 years' of clinical leadership experience, including 5 years in senior management within a large healthcare organization, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical quality improvement, experience with accreditation processes, and a proven track record in areas such as clinical risk, patient safety, and infection control. Professional capabilities should include the ability to develop and manage quality programs, foster a culture of safety, and effectively utilize data to drive change. The role also demands a leader with a strong commitment to the mission of healthcare, particularly in a Catholic setting, and the ability to engage and partner with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
