Schedule: Full-Time

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the team running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
Coordinate daily work assignments and workflow
Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
Ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met
Train and support new and existing team members
Help troubleshoot inventory and operational issues
Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
Communicate with supervisors, production, and other departments
Assist with tracking daily productivity and completing required documentation

What We’re Looking For

Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
Prior Lead or Team Lead experience preferred
Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
Experience with WMS or inventory systems is a plus
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
