Direct Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers in Dearborn, MI. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and errands.Observe and report any changes in clients’ conditions to supervisors or medical personnel.Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.Maintain accurate records of services provided.RequirementsPrevious experience in direct care or personal care preferred but not required.Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy.Reliable and dependable work ethic.Ability to pass background checks.Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.Flexible scheduling options.Supportive team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Paid training and ongoing education.About the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate home care services to our clients.
