We are seeking an experienced  Maintenance Technician to join our team at a grain processing facility. This is a  long-term employment opportunity for a dependable individual with strong mechanical skills and experience maintaining industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery, rotating equipment, bearings, belts, welding, and fabrication, and be committed to maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, replace, and maintain bearings, belts, motors, conveyors, and other rotating equipment.
• Perform welding and basic fabrication repairs as needed.
• Install, align, and adjust mechanical components.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
• Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.

Schedule Requirements:

• Open availability is required.
• Must be able to work a  rotating schedule , including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing, grain processing, or industrial environment preferred.
• Experience working with  industrial machinery, rotating equipment, bearings, belts, conveyors, pumps, and motors .
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in an industrial environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
