We have a strong reputation for excellent work and professional standards.Reynolds Restoration Services is hiring a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team in the Harrisburg, PA area. Restoration Technicians help people recover after they've experienced property damage from a disaster. Regular work hours are 7 am-3:30 pm, with on-call requirements on a rotational basis for evenings and weekends. All on-call hours worked are paid at one and a half times the regular rate. Training and PPE are provided to all our technicians! We offer a competitive package that includes a great hourly rate, advancement and training opportunities, 12 days of annual Paid Time Off, 9 holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and more.Location: Harrisburg, PAFlexible Schedule | Family Atmosphere | Work-life BalanceResponsibilities:Assess and document damages to the residential or commercial propertyWork independently or as part of a team on properties that have been damaged by water, fire, mold, or other disastersSet and monitor drying equipmentComplete contained demolition to remove affected materialsDisinfect air and surfaces with ULV fogging machinesComplete hand cleaning/application of disinfectant to affected surfacesDocument work notes and upload pictures in the project management software systemQualifications:One year of experience working in the Restoration / Mitigation Services industry, preferredIICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Restoration will be given priority considerationEnergetic, reliable, and positive team members who are willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a variety of different environmentsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and provide exceptional customer serviceSmartphone/tablet userAbility to perform labor-intensive workAbility to lift 50 pounds and carry materialsAbility to work overtime when needed and respond to emergency situations after regular work hoursValid driver's license and vehiclePre-employment background and drug screeningAuthorization to work in the United StatesBenefits:Competitive Salary: $19-$23 an hour- based on experienceMedical, dental, and visionEmployee Assistance Program401K plan12 PTO days and 9 paid holidaysTraining for growth opportunitiesAre you ready to make a difference by Responding and Rebuilding with Care?
