Sales - Parts Counter ( Part Time )

Our high-volume automotive dealership Parts department is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson to join our team.

A Parts Advisor will assist all customers, retail, and wholesale in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. A Parts Advisor is responsible for achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts as well as seeking out and soliciting business.

Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:

Assist customers and internal teams with parts related questions in person, via email and/or on phone

Effectively communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times, and provide support for technical parts questions

Accurately record parts transactions and data into our Dealer Management System

Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds and Reynolds, Dealer Management System and/or Point of Sales (POS) systems
