About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional service and comprehensive support to both prospective clients and existing customers. This role serves as a primary point of contact, dedicated to addressing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and optimizing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess sophisticated communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Support: Address customer inquiries across multiple channels—including telephonic, email, and digital chat platforms—in a timely, precise, and professional manner.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring strict adherence to compliance regulations and internal corporate policies.
• Product Knowledge Mastery: Provide accurate, comprehensive information regarding product lines, service offerings, corporate policies, and operational procedures.
• Returns & Claims Management: Authorize product returns (RMAs) and systematically process customer refunds upon verification of returned merchandise.
• Quality Assurance Reporting: Identify, document, and escalate recurring product defect trends or systemic inventory issues directly to senior management.
• Data Integrity: Meticulously document all customer interactions, keeping detailed and accurate records within the company’s CRM and internal databases.
• Issue Escalation: Evaluate and route complex or high-priority inquiries to designated supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and cross-functional departments to identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of the customer journey.

Qualifications & Requirements Required

• Communication Excellence: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English. 
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with specific emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Precision: High level of organizational skill and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred

• Bilingual Capabilities: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is highly advantageous.
• Client Communication Platforms : Experience with Zendesk CRM and WhatsApp is a plus.
• AI Tools : Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, Chat GPT and Google Gemini is beneficial.
