About the role

Orca Blue is a Maytag-authorized water filtration company growing fast across North Carolina. We're hiring Marketing Representatives to represent our brand in local neighborhoods, connect homeowners with free water quality testing, and set appointments for our specialist team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a real, fast-track path to leadership and six-figure income, and we promote every leader we need from within.

What you'll earn

• Start at 6% commission on every closed sale you generate
• Advance to 7–8% based on performance — no time gates, just results
• Realistic first-month earnings: $2,000–$4,000
• Established reps earning: $4,000–$6,000+/month (Marketing Reps)
• Career path: Marketing Rep → Team Leader (Higher % + Override) → Sales Rep ($100k minimum) → Sales Office Manager ($100K+ base + commission + Override)

No prior experience required. We have a full training program, and we'd rather teach you the right way than untrain bad habits.
