Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Mill)

Pay & Benefits: Starting at $16/hour with overtime opportunities (including occasional half-day Saturdays). After hire-in, enjoy a strong benefits package that includes medical, dental, and 401(k), plus annual performance reviews and raises.

Hours & Location: Avon Lake, OH • Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm • Overtime as needed (Saturday 7:00am-12:00pm)

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a stable, long-standing shop that machines aluminum castings into finished parts. You'll stay active all shift-loading parts, running a CNC mill cycle, and checking quality-while working with a team that values reliability, safety, and doing the job right.

Job Responsibilities:

Load raw castings onto a CNC milling machine, secure/tighten, close the door, and start the cycle
Deburr machined parts and inspect for defects and quality issues
Handle parts typically 5-35 lbs and keep your area clean and organized
Support other areas as needed, including labeling, packing, and preparing parts for shipment
No tow motor experience required

Required Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and ability to visually inspect parts
Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a production environment
Able to take direction and work safely in a busy shop
Steel-toe boots required; safety glasses used on the floor
