Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient status, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor for adverse effects and respond to changes.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; coordinate care with other disciplines; ensure effective handoffs.
- Document care accurately and maintain patient safety, using clinical judgment and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- ICU or critical care experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
