Orthopedic Clinical Specialist - Robotic Joint Replacement

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries using robotic (Mako SmartRobotics) and manual techniques in a fast-paced OR environment. You will assist with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and instrument setup while building deep clinical and technical expertise. You will partake in labs, cadaver courses, and customer trainings, and will shadow experienced teams to understand surgeon preferences.
