Contract Administrator (Part-Time Contract)
Location: Westmont, IL (Onsite)
Pay: $30–$35/hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: Approximately 3–6 months (potential for extension)
About the Opportunity
A growing engineering software company is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the management and administration of commercial agreements. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience managing contract lifecycles, legal documentation, and SaaS agreements.
This role will work closely with the Legal team and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurately processed, tracked, and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, including:
- Software license agreements
- SaaS subscription agreements
- Maintenance and support renewals
- Professional services agreements
- Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Evaluation/trial agreements
- Amendments, addendums, and statements of work (SOWs)
- Review, organize, and maintain legal documentation and contract records
- Support contract execution, renewals, amendments, and ongoing compliance requirements
- Partner with internal teams to track contract status, obligations, and deadlines
- Maintain accurate contract data within internal systems
- Assist with process improvements related to contract administration and workflow management
Qualifications
Required:
- Prior experience managing the full contract administration lifecycle
- Experience working with legal documentation and commercial agreements
- SaaS industry experience, specifically with software licensing agreements
- Experience using Salesforce
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
- Experience with Xakia or similar legal ticketing/workflow systems
Additional Details
- Part-time onsite role (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Initial contract duration of 3–6 months with potential extension
