Job Description

Manage day-to-day project execution
Coordinate subcontractors and project teams
Monitor project budgets and schedules
Lead client communication and reporting
Ensure compliance with project requirements
Address project changes and risks
Maintain documentation and reporting
Drive project completion timelines

The Successful Applicant

5-8 years of project management experience
Commercial construction experience required
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
Excellent interpersonal communication
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong problem-solving ability
Experience with construction software
