Medical Director, Oncology Clinical Development (Solid Tumors)

Medical Director overseeing clinical trial design, execution, and data interpretation for an oncology solid tumor development program. Manages study protocols, investigator education, safety reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support product development strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement study protocols aligned with product development plans and regulatory requirements
• Oversee clinical study integrity, enrollment, timelines, and accumulating safety and efficacy data
• Assess and report serious adverse events per corporate policy and regulations
• Contribute to development of Clinical Development Plan and participate in opinion leader interactions
• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices and quality standards in research conduct

Requirements

• M.D., D.O., or non-US equivalent medical degree
• Residency program completion strongly preferred
• Clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical industry, academia, or equivalent
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to manage clinical research studies with appropriate supervision
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
