Positions Available Restaurant General Manager – Kansas City, MO (Various Franchises) We are seeking energetic, friendly, and experienced restaurant managers to lead operations across multiple franchise locations in the Kansas City area. Positions are full-time. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production and service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Oversee sales, profit projections, and P&L management. Manage staff recruitment, training, and development. Maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and financial reporting.
