What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned post orders, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and/or the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor customer and visitor activity, assist with access control practices in restricted areas, and/or support store personnel during high-traffic periods, opening, and closing routines.
• Assist with investigating routine issues such as suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or lost and found matters while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
