1st Shift Shipping/Packing Operator

Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Your Mission:

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and join a fast-paced warehouse team where every package counts? Do you have fast hands and a sharp focus? If yes, then be a part of the journey from warehouse to customer. We believe behind every successful delivery is a great shipping and packer operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments
Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in
Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations
Keep your work area clean and safe
Working with a team that values hard work and reliability

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of shipping/packing experience preferred
Strong attention detail
Use of handheld scanner and working with a warehouse management system
Ability to lift, climb, and stand repeatedly
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Looking for "A" Players
