About the Role: As a Spa Ambassador, you will host and foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, ensuring our guests have a rejuvenating and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Maintain Pristine Spaces: Keep guest lockers, relaxation areas, and treatment rooms impeccably clean and sanitized. Linen and Toiletry Management: Distribute fresh linens and ensure locker room vanities are stocked with essential toiletries. Enhance Guest Experience: Foster an atmosphere of calm and relaxation, making each guest feel pampered and at ease. Guest Registration: Welcome guests, handle their registration, and ensure all necessary forms are completed. Payment Processing: Process various forms of payment, including room charges, credit cards, and cash.
