Business Rules Configuration Management (BRCM) Analyst Full-time Sonsoft, Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Responsibilities Work with line of business, support staff, and technology teams to identify business rules which are dynamic in nature Ability to understand the business rules and transform them to Pega 7 or ODM rules depending on the application Experience in working with teams following agile (eg scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies and multi-vendor environment Excellent business analysis skills with banking domain knowledge Experience with BPM/BRMS tools like Pega / IBM ILOG Prior working knowledge in ALM, Rally, MS SQL Server Management Studio & SharePoint platforms Preferred - Experience with FreeMarker Template Language (FTL) and OpenOffice Preferred - Experience with authoring, updating, and maintaining business rules in IBM ODM (Jrules) and DVS testing Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
