Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting personalized treatment strategies
• Implement measured physical therapy techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, stability, strength, and overall function
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Instruct patients and their families on setting therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and tailored home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progression in line with facility policies and compliance regulations
• Participate actively in care team discussions and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Specialty certifications (e.g., neurological or geriatric) will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory

• Prior experience strongly preferred
