Trauma Sales Representative - Minneapolis, MN (Twin Cities)

Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for the Minneapolis area to sell trauma products to surgeons and healthcare professionals. The role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, with field-based work and 30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Stryker trauma products and solutions to surgeons and healthcare facilities
• Develop expertise in trauma products and competitor offerings to advise customers
• Manage and maintain product inventory and prepare for emergency consultations
• Provide product training and support to healthcare professionals
• Attend sales and professional association meetings outside regular business hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• 3+ years sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of sales principles, product demonstration, and sales techniques
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases
• Comfort working in emergency and operating room environments
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals
