Our team members are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of residents every day.As a Caregiver, you are the heart of that mission—providing hands-on support while building meaningful relationships that brighten every day.What You'll Do:Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal careFollow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changesPromote safety, dignity, and independenceEngage residents through conversation and daily activitiesSupport dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environmentCommunicate effectively with families and care leadersIn Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory lossWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED; age 18+CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skillsPay Range: 18.75 - 23.45Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
