Regional Speech Language Pathologist

Title: Regional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Multi-Site | $125K–$175K Position Summary: The Regional Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides clinical oversight and support across multiple facilities, ensuring high-quality speech and dysphagia services. This role focuses on supervising SLPs, standardizing clinical practices, and leading the implementation of IDDSI diet standards to promote safe and effective swallowing management. The Regional SLP collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with state, federal, and ASHA guidelines while helping to elevate overall clinical quality and consistency across sites. This is a regional role supporting multiple facilities and is not tied to a single building. Compensation & Benefits: $125,000 – $175,000 annually (based on experience) Mileage reimbursement Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) PTO & Sick Time Life Insurance Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA (CCC-SLP) and NY State License Minimum 2 years clinical experience (geriatrics preferred) Prior supervisory or multi-site experience preferred Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support facility-based SLPs across assigned locations Ensure consistent, high-quality speech and dysphagia services Lead and monitor IDDSI diet implementation and compliance Oversee swallowing evaluations, diet recommendations, and care planning Provide staff training on dysphagia management and IDDSI standards Review documentation for accuracy, compliance, and overall quality Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, dietary, MDS, and physicians Assist with complex cases, program development, and clinical decision-making Ensure compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements Additional Duties: Participate in meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance Perform other duties as assigned Travel required to multiple sites #J-18808-Ljbffr Serenity-Therapy-Solutions-LL
