HR Recruiter - Generalist

Job Description: Responsible for proactively attracting, sourcing and integrating top talent to the organization Effective onboarding and immersion of internal and external candidates Support for HR-related duties on a professional level Manage full-cycle recruiting process for external and internal candidates Foster internal and external candidate through interview, selection and hiring process Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies Collaborate with management to understand job qualifications and candidate fit Participate in job fairs and other recruiting activities Provide support to Human Resources department in annual initiatives Analyze and use HR metrics to determine appropriate actions Assists in the maintenance, development, and administration of policies and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree with two to four years full life cycle recruiting and HR Generalist experience 3 plus years of HR experience Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs such as performance management Strong communicator with the ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) UltiPro experience a plus Benefits: 15 days paid time off 10 Holidays Medical/Dental/Vision (within 30 days of hire) Health Saving Account (HSA) with company match Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match (fully vested upon hire) Career growth and promotional opportunities Tuition Reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr Synagro
