Part-Time Bus Driver

The Covenant School, a non-denominational Pre-K-12 school in Charlottesville, VA is looking for bus drivers to fill multiple roles: Lead Driver: The lead driver drives between 15-25 hours each week. Ideally the lead driver would be available a majority of the week and be willing to take any assignment given to him or her (excluding previously discussed unavailability). Role Specific Driver: Drivers are also needed who are available to drive weekly or as needed routes. These times would be scheduled based upon the driver’s availability. Requirements: Qualified candidates must have a CDL license with a passenger endorsement, be at least 21 years of age, and have a clean driving record. Drivers with other endorsements such as air brakes and school bus will be prioritized. Drivers must be excellent with kids, and support and abide by Covenant’s Statement of Principles.
