Highlights Community‑practice anesthesiology work No overnight call, no holiday work 100% personal performance 17 shifts per month for full‑time FTE Part‑time positions welcome, any FTE amount considered Outpatient surgical locations (Tucson campus, South Tucson campus, ASC) $50,000 signing bonus Competitive compensation (guaranteed salary + productivity units + shift differentials + value bonus) $100,000 loan repayment assistance available As a member of our Community Physician division, you will care for a diverse surgical outpatient population by supporting cases in Orthopedics, GI, Ophthalmology, ENT, GYN, Plastics, Urology, and General Surgery. 100% solo (personal performance) cases only, no subspecialty work.
