This is a Full-Time Delivery Associate position delivering packages around the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho area! We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can troubleshoot, and win in a fast-paced environment! Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Compensation: $21.50-22.00/Hr weekly pay.

4 days on 3 days off, 10 Hr shifts. Schedules: (FH) Sun-Wed, (BH) Wed-Sat (Premium $21/hr) Both weekend days plus two days (example: Thur-Sun, Fri-Mon, Sat-Tue).

Shift Start Time(s): 5:45 AM or 9:10 AM

As a Delivery Driver at Rise Up, you will play a crucial role in ensuring orders are delivered promptly with fantastic quality!

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered.
• Use problem-solving skills when issues arise during your route.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. frequently.
• Support the team in daily work requirements, including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
• Drive safely, following a GPS-coordinated route, following ALL traffic laws.
• Deliver products to customers professionally and courteously with fantastic quality!
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Report any issues or problems to management immediately.

Requirements to be a Rise Up LLC Delivery Driver:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation (Vehicle)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must complete ALL assigned tasks within the allotted 10 HR period.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must successfully pass an instant 10-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
