Part-Time Marketing & Lead Coordinator – San Carlos
We’re an established specialty construction company in San Carlos that designs and builds high-quality modular cleanrooms. We’re looking for someone who is smart, organized, creative, and tech-savvy to help keep our marketing fresh and manage our digital footprint to help us stay top-of-mind with our B2B clients.
This is an in-person, part-time role (10-15 hours a week) with flexible hours and could be a great fit for someone looking for a job that can work around their schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Keep our website fresh and current by updating projects, photos, services, and content (may require local site visits).
· Manage, track and organize incoming website leads, inquiries, and quote requests so nothing falls through the cracks and help make sure our team follows up promptly.
· Manage our social media with project photos, company updates, industry information, and relevant content.
· Help with lead generation and digital marketing to bring more qualified customers to our website.
· Coordinate with suppliers for leads and website continuity.
· Monitor basic SEO, website analytics, form submissions, and lead sources to see what is working.
· Turn completed projects and photos into website and social media content.
· Look for practical ways to improve our online presence and generate more business.
The Person We’re Looking For
Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable figuring things out independently. You should have a knack for writing, communicating and are comfortable working independently. You have a combination of experience with Website Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, SEO, Content Creation, CRM/Lead Tracking, and/or Website Analytics.
