Bridgewater Chevrolet is looking for a people person who wants more than a job. We are hiring an outgoing, coachable professional to join our team and train into one of the most important, and best-paid, customer-facing roles in our dealership.

No automotive knowledge is required. We will teach you everything you need to know. What we cannot teach is personality, work ethic, and character, so that is what we are hiring for.

Our most recent standout hire started with us in an entry-level role and earned the opportunity to double his income by mastering our process. We are looking for the next person ready to do the same.

Every new team member completes a structured 90-day onboarding program with a hands-on, step-by-step rollout. You will learn a proven process and specific word tracks, practice them through role-play and live coaching, and take on more responsibility as you master each stage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers with energy, warmth, and professionalism, in person and by phone.
• Learn and follow a specific, step-by-step customer process exactly as trained.
• Study, practice, and master proven word tracks through role-play and live coaching.
• Complete a structured 90-day hands-on onboarding plan with a gradual rollout of responsibilities.
• Work closely with team leaders and coworkers to deliver a five-star experience to every customer.
• Own your growth by accepting feedback and applying it quickly.

Requirements

• Outgoing, confident personality with a clear, articulate speaking voice.
• Coachable and willing to follow a specific process and word tracks exactly as taught.
• Humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent, with strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Available to work five days a week, including some Saturdays.
• Hours may be second shift (10-7pm) after 90 day training period
• Reliable, punctual, and professional. High school diploma or equivalent.
• No automotive experience required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
