Forklift Operator Sit-Down & Stand-Up

Put your forklift skills to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment! Earn $18.00/hour with a four-day workweek and temp-to-hire potential.

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Payson, Utah

• Work Schedule: Multiple MondayThursday shifts available:

  • 5:00 AM3:30 PM

  • 2:30 PM1:00 AM (Spanish Fork)

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Use both sit-down and stand-up forklift skills in an active manufacturing environment.

• Build toward a long-term position through a temp-to-hire opportunity.

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely to move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility.

• Load, unload, stage, and transport materials to support production and shipping operations.

• Move raw materials and finished products to designated storage or production areas accurately and efficiently.

• Inspect forklifts before use and report equipment damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues.

• Follow warehouse traffic rules, OSHA-aligned safety practices, and company operating procedures.

• Verify product, quantities, and locations before moving or staging materials.

• Maintain organized aisles, staging areas, and warehouse workspaces.

• Work closely with production, warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

Required:

• Previous experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, or similar powered industrial equipment.

• Ability to safely maneuver equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Ability to follow written and verbal safety and material-handling instructions.

• Strong attention to detail when moving, staging, and organizing inventory.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned MondayThursday schedule.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material-handling experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced production facility.

• Prior forklift training or certification is a plus; site-specific training or authorization may be required.
