Step into a dynamic contract opportunity providing speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students, located near Indianapolis, IN. This onsite position supports a caseload of around 90 students, allowing you to make a tangible difference in a collaborative school-based setting during the 26/27 school year.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

• Active Indiana SLP license required
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Willingness to work onsite exclusively (teletherapy not available)
• Comfort in managing an elementary-aged student caseload
• Certification candidates (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering speech-language therapy to small groups and individuals within elementary schools
• Developing and implementing IEPs, progress reports, and treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
• Using evidence-based intervention strategies across a diverse caseload
• Participating in IEP meetings and routine staff collaboration, contributing to a positive school environment
