TRAINING SPECIALIST
U.S. Marine Corps
Duties
You will spot audits shop trade theory/core tasks records and qualification records for conformance with established guidelines.
You will establish metrics to identify material costs expended by each fiscal year for Overhead Expenditures/Labor Expenditures on a monthly basis.
You will coordinate procurement, storage, and the use of instructional materials and textbooks, audio visual aids, training devices, laboratory equipment.
You will participate in developing, scheduling, and implementing programs for the development of personnel through Continued Training and Development Programs.
You will maintain a database of Code/Shop CTD Proficiency Course Schedule on an annual basis to include mechanic, course to attend, and date and time.
