NOW HIRING: Hands-On Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation Crew Lead

Coradi Contracting is looking for an experienced hands-on Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation Crew Lead to join our team.

This is not a management-only position. This is a working field leadership role. You will be leading, but you will also be in the work every day — setting the pace, solving problems, producing quality craftsmanship, and helping drive projects from demo to final trim.

We specialize in high-quality bathroom and kitchen renovations and are looking for someone who can lead by example, work side-by-side with the crew, and take pride in doing things the right way.

Who Thrives Here

The right person has strong residential remodeling experience and can lead hands-on work in one or both of these areas:

• Mechanical / hard-skill work: framing, plumbing, electrical, rough-ins, trim, doors, cabinets, and finish work
• Tile craftsmanship: waterproofing systems, layout, tile installation, shower systems, and precision finishes

If you are strong in both, even better.

You will work closely with our Project Managers, support your crew, and help make sure each project is completed cleanly, professionally, and to Coradi Contracting standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead bathroom and kitchen renovation projects in the field
• Perform hands-on remodeling work every day
• Work from demo to final trim
• Set the pace and standard for your crew
• Coordinate daily work with your crew and Project Manager
• Maintain high standards for quality, cleanliness, and communication
• Help keep projects moving efficiently and professionally
• Read plans, follow scopes, and identify issues before they become bigger problems
• Protect clients’ homes and maintain a professional job site
• Set the tone for teamwork, accountability, and craftsmanship

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional residential renovation experience
• Strong hands-on remodeling skills
• Ability to lead a small crew while actively working in the field
• Strong skills in remodeling, tile, mechanical trades, or finish work
• Ability to follow plans and scopes with accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Clean background check
• Positive attitude, team mentality, and pride in your craft
